Yuan He is the Founding & Managing Partner of N0S.Tech and HY Financial LLC, with over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, business leadership, and investment management. He is now focusing on investment management, using AI to further enhance his history of strong performance
His career includes roles as COO of NetMind.AI and ProtagoLabs, and Chief Engineer and Portfolio Manager positions in the government sector. He holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, Finance, and an MBA.

Ethan serves as the Founding Partner & Head of Quantitative Strategies of N0S.Tech, bringing a wealth of experience in quantitative trading and modeling from his time at hedge funds and investment banks.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and completed his Ph.D. in physics in the US with publications in top-tier journals including Science.
